For each page access during your session we check that a few client parameters of the page request remain constant.
This is done in order to prevent someone who captured your session ID to get access to your data/account.
We have detected that there was an attempt to use your session from either another system or another browser.
For security reasons that session reuse has been prevented.
There are a few legitimate cases where this protection may hinder you. Some of them are:
- Internet Explorer's compatibility mode which causes Internet Explorer to identify itself with different versions depending of the displayed page
- A newly installed browser plugin which adds itself to the browser's identification string
- You explicitely changed your browser's identification either via Browser's option or via a privacy protection software
- You are behind a firewall/router that does NAT with multiple public addresses, giving you different addresses for individual page accesses.
